Most residential paver projects take 2–5 days depending on scope. A standard driveway typically takes 2–3 days. Larger patios or complex custom designs may take up to a week. We'll give you a specific timeline during your free estimate.

Paver installation costs vary based on the area size, material selected, site preparation needed, and design complexity. We provide free, detailed estimates with no hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay. Contact us for an accurate number for your project.

Quality pavers installed with proper base preparation typically last 25–50 years or more. Individual pavers can be replaced if damaged, unlike poured concrete which often requires full replacement. Regular sealing extends lifespan significantly.

New pavers should be sealed 6–12 months after installation, once any efflorescence (natural white haze) has dissipated. After that, re-sealing every 2–4 years is recommended depending on traffic, exposure, and the sealant type used. Signs it's time to reseal: fading color, increased weed growth, water soaking in instead of beading off.

Pavers are individual units that flex with Florida's soil movement — if one cracks or shifts, you replace just that piece. Stamped concrete is poured as a slab; when it cracks (and in Florida's heat it will), you're often looking at full replacement. Pavers typically outlast stamped concrete and hold their value better for resale.

Permit requirements vary by city and project type. Driveways often require permits; patios typically do not. We're familiar with Orlando-area permit requirements and can advise you during your estimate on whether your specific project needs one.

In some cases, yes — if the existing concrete is structurally sound and relatively level. However, this adds height to the surface which may create drainage or threshold issues. We'll assess your specific situation during the estimate and recommend the best approach.

We install concrete pavers, brick pavers, travertine, natural stone, and porcelain pavers. Each material has different aesthetics, price points, and maintenance requirements. We'll help you choose the right material for your project, budget, and Florida's climate conditions.

Pavers are low-maintenance. Regular sweeping and occasional rinsing is typically all that's needed. We recommend professional sealing every 2–4 years to maintain color, prevent weed growth, and protect against staining. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that can degrade the sealant.
